The Advanced Stage Coaching begins with a 1hr Consultation
visit, TSC goes from room to room taking pictures and notes to
be used for creating a written Home Staging Game Plan to prepare
the home for sale. This written plan starts around fifteen pages
and includes a detailed analysis, inside and out, and room by
room - picture based outline with a prioritized punch list of
actions needed to be taken to maximize the appeal and show
quality of the home. As part of the Home Staging Game Plan, we
will offer price quotations for small home repairs, basic Home
Staging Services, and furnishing rentals when appropriate. This
option is a great tool for the D.I.Y. crowd who may have the
ability to make changes, but lack the vision.
After the owners completed the majority of the tasks delegated
to them, The Stage Coach returned with some small furnishings
and artwork used to help dress up some of the rooms to increase
the appeal.
